I once wrote a news feature on the Good Shepherd store along
the Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay highway:

the beginning when I first discovered this place, I have pined for only one
thing, the store’s fresh lumpia.

At least as of this writing, I have never been disappointed
as I find that ingredients served are fresh.
For only P50 a piece, the fresh lumpia is not only an ordinary man’s
meal (part of the store’s advocacy involves helping the poor) but is also a
foodie’s delight.
